How MangaNest Handles Reader Information

01 Our Starting Point

MangaNest is designed for comic browsing and reading without mandatory in-app registration. We collect only the information needed to operate the service, troubleshoot problems, protect the app, and remember reading-related choices.

The service is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires parental or guardian permission for your use, you should obtain that permission before using MangaNest.

02 Information We May Receive

Details you choose to send

You may send feedback, issue descriptions, screenshots, images, or other support details when you report a reading, chapter loading, search, bookshelf, or app experience problem.

App and device signals

When MangaNest runs, we may process a random installation identifier, device model, platform, operating system version, app version, package name, language, timezone, IP address, request records, network or VPN status, diagnostics, crash information, search activity, reading progress, history, favorites, bookshelf entries, and preference settings.

Infrastructure records

Content hosting, object storage, CDN, security, and support providers may process technical logs that are necessary to deliver images, chapters, feedback uploads, and app responses.

03 Why We Use It

• Deliver comic pages, chapter lists, search results, recommendations, and reader functions.
• Remember bookshelf entries, favorites, reading progress, history, language choices, and other preferences.
• Review support messages and process screenshots or images that you submit voluntarily.
• Find performance issues, loading failures, security events, misuse, or service abuse.
• Maintain service records, comply with legal duties, and enforce applicable terms.

04 Accounts and Payments

MangaNest does not currently require an account to read comics in the app. MangaNest also does not directly collect or store card numbers, bank details, or payment account credentials. If we add account or paid features later, this notice will be updated before those features require additional processing.

05 Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may provide limited information to vendors that help with hosting, storage, content delivery, support, security, diagnostics, and app operations. We may also disclose information if law requires it, if we need to investigate misuse, if rights or safety are at risk, or if MangaNest is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets.

06 Storage Technologies

MangaNest may use app storage, local storage, cached files, SDK-based storage, and similar technologies. These tools help remember settings, cache images, preserve reading state, improve response speed, and understand whether the service is working correctly. Device settings may limit some collection, but disabling storage can affect app behavior.

07 Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards, including encrypted transmission where appropriate. No mobile or internet service can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for reading features, support handling, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business records. Feedback files and screenshots may remain available while we investigate or document the reported issue.

08 Your Choices

Depending on your location, you may be able to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding certain personal information. Some local app data can be cleared from your device or app settings. For privacy requests, contact anjafic984@gmail.com.

09 Cross-Border Processing

Your information may be handled in countries or regions different from where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for such transfers, we take steps designed to protect the information being transferred.

10 Updates and Contact
