Rules for Reading With MangaNest

Acceptance

This Terms of Use agreement is between you and MangaNest. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the service. You are responsible for making sure your use of MangaNest is lawful in your location.

Age and Permission

• MangaNest is not intended for children under 13.
• If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, use the service only with parent or guardian permission.
• You may not use MangaNest if applicable law or platform rules prohibit you from doing so.

What MangaNest Provides

MangaNest helps readers discover comic titles, view details, read chapters, keep a bookshelf, revisit reading history, search content, choose language preferences, and send feedback. Some functions depend on network access, device compatibility, content delivery services, storage providers, and other technical infrastructure.

We may change, pause, remove, or add service features, content availability, reader behavior, technical requirements, or support options at any time.

No Required Account

MangaNest does not currently require an in-app account to browse or read. Reading progress, history, bookshelf items, favorites, searches, preferences, diagnostics, and feedback may be connected to an installation-level device identifier so the app can operate correctly.

If account features become available later, additional rules, privacy details, and deletion options may apply.

Permitted Use

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MangaNest for personal and lawful reading purposes. You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or bypass the service except where law expressly permits it.
• Use scraping, bots, automated requests, harvesting tools, or similar methods to extract content, requests, metadata, or usage signals.
• Submit feedback, screenshots, images, or reports that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or misleading.
• Disrupt servers, storage systems, content delivery, app security, support channels, or other users.
• Use MangaNest in a way that violates law, platform policies, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party terms.

Materials You Submit

If you send feedback, screenshots, images, reports, suggestions, or similar materials, you are responsible for them. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit them and that your submission does not violate law or the rights of others.

You allow MangaNest to host, store, review, reproduce, process, and display submitted materials as needed to operate, support, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Ownership and Content Rights

The app software, interface, visual design, names, logos, text, metadata, and service materials belong to MangaNest or its licensors. Comic works may belong to third-party creators, publishers, licensors, or providers.

These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Unless separately authorized, you may not redistribute, archive, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit MangaNest content or service materials.

Paid Features

MangaNest does not currently provide paid in-app purchases or subscriptions through the service. If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing, cancellation, tax, and refund details will be shown before purchase and will follow applicable app store or payment platform requirements.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on or link to third-party content, hosting, content delivery, storage, app platforms, security tools, or other infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability, or practices. Separate terms may apply to your use of those services.

Suspension and Ending Use

We may suspend, limit, or end access if you violate these terms, create risk for MangaNest, users, licensors, providers, or infrastructure, or if continued operation is no longer legally, technically, or commercially practical. You may stop using MangaNest at any time.

Disclaimers

MangaNest is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MangaNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, content unavailability, or device issues related to your use of the service.

Law, Updates, and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
